How Tyler runs the day
- MorningTyler checks table counts against the floor plan, directs vendor deliveries and stages your personal decor.
- Before the ceremonyHe pins boutonnieres, delivers corsages, reviews cues with the officiant and confirms the microphone sound check.
- The ceremonyHe cues each pairing of the wedding party, holds the doors and keeps guests clear of your photographer.
- Cocktail hourHe keeps an eye on bar lines, makes sure appetizers circulate, briefs the MC and moves guests into dinner on time.
- Dinner and speechesWhere the venue allows, he works live with the chef, so dinner waits for the speeches instead of the other way around.
- End of the nightHe gathers cards, the guest book, framed photos and the cake tier and packs them into your designated vehicle.

Your venue coordinator looks after the venue: the room, the kitchen and their staff. Tyler looks after you: your independent vendors, your personal timeline, your decor, and every detail that isn't the venue's job. After 20 years on the venue side, he knows how to work with the venue team so the whole day runs smoother.
Will Tyler be there himself?
Yes. Tyler takes one wedding per weekend and personally leads every wedding he books. You are never handed off to an assistant.
Does Tyler work with the venue's kitchen?
Where the venue allows it, yes. He coordinates with the chef and staff on timing, so if a speech runs long, dinner is held instead of sitting under heat lamps.
