For 20 Years
I started on the banquet floor at the Olympia in Hamilton and the Grand Olympia in Stoney Creek, where I became the youngest Food & Beverage Manager in the venue's history. Over the next two decades, I oversaw many types of events and weddings at premier properties including The Atrium in Burlington and historic private clubs in Ancaster.
Along the way, I’ve hosted banquets for local Premiers and Walter Gretzky, and personally managed more than 300 wedding celebrations.
I started Union & Table to give couples what I always knew they needed: a dedicated coordinator whose only loyalty is to their day: someone who knows exactly what happens behind the kitchen doors.
